1.) Can I buy the match or event ticket on its own?
No. We are not permitted to sell tickets on their own and therefore all tickets will only be included as part of a package. We can sell a.) match ticket and hotel as a package, or b.) match ticket and travel as a package, or c.) the complete package of match ticket, hotel and travel. Anyway, all our packages are great value for money and you won’t have to worry about any aspect of your trip!

2.) Can I buy a package without the match or event ticket?
Yes. Quite often customers wish to travel with a partner who does not want to attend a match or event. That’s fine. However, please do not use the “ Book On-Line Now” service as you will be charged for the package including the ticket. Please use the “Enquire Now” service or phone our offices on 028 90 777433.

3.) Can I buy a football package to see my team playing “Away” from home?
Absolutely. It is not practical for us to list every match for every team home and away. Consequently, we have concentrated on the home matches of the bigger teams. However, we will be pleased to assist should you wish to follow your team to an away match. Simply “Enquire Now” or phone our offices on 028 90 777433 for professional help.

4.) When do I receive confirmation of my booking and event tickets?
You should receive confirmation of your travel details and/or hotel voucher within a couple of days of booking, along with a receipt for any monies paid. The event tickets however, usually arrive with us 7 – 10 days prior to the event at which point we will phone you and then forward them by next day special delivery. For Spanish football, due to the nature of their television scheduling, we will arrange for your tickets to be delivered to your hotel awaiting your arrival.

5.) Are my match or event tickets seated together?
We guarantee that a child will always be seated next to their parent or guardian. With smaller groups it is extremely rare that the seats would be apart. However, the larger your group is the more difficult it is to seat everybody together. At all times we endeavour to have your entire party seated together but we stress it is not always possible.

6.) Where will my seats be in the stadium?
With regard to a football match we guarantee that you will be seated in the section of your choice i.e. home or away. However, we cannot guarantee a specific stand, or position in the stand. We are very confident you will be pleased with the seats we obtain for you and our vast knowledge of all major venues assists us in securing your satisfaction.

7.) Is there a reduction for children?
If there are two adults travelling with a child then, yes, there will be a discount for the child and you should make your desired booking by contacting our offices by phoning 028 90 777433 or the “Enquire Now” service. In the event there is only one adult and one child booking then regrettably, for the most part, there will be no discount for the child. That said, from time to time we will be promoting special offers which will allow one adult to travel with a FREE child place. So keep your eyes peeled to our web site.
